Todd Feinman, Chief Executive Officer
Todd is an internationally published author of several books about information technology. Notably, a text for Microsoft on securing Windows and another for McGraw Hill detailing the management of the risks associated with electronic commerce. Over the past fifteen years, he has written dozens of articles and white papers on the topics of security and privacy and presented at numerous global conferences. Todd has made numerous radio and television appearances including Wall Street Journal radio and FOXNews Channel. He has Bachelors of Science from Lehigh University and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
In 2001, Todd co-founded Velosecure, LLC to help corporations and consumers manage IT security and privacy risks. He expanded the product line and grew the customer base across 40 countries. Todd spent ten years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he started as an ethical hacker breaking through the IT security of Fortune 100 companies. He later took the role of Director and led and grew the integration services group of the security and privacy practice. Before PwC, Todd worked for Microsoft in their .Net server product group. He also spent three years freelancing for Ziff Davis' PC Magazine as a writer and analyst. Todd has earned his CISSP and CISM.
David Goldman, President and Chief Operating Officer
Prior to assuming this role, David was a Director at the Big-Four firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers where he led two National Security Core Teams and was responsible for developing strategy, standards and methodologies for all US staff and clients. Throughout his career with PwC, he managed the architecture, design, and implementations of security and controls for a large number of Fortune 50 and Global 2000 companies across a variety of sectors.
Previously, David was a lead software developer for Simon & Schuster's Prentice Hall Higher Education division and was responsible for bringing innovative, online software products to market. He was also the chief software architect and product manager for Velosecure’s CAM (Compliance Assessment Manager) product. David is a CISSP, has written several white papers and articles on a variety of security-related topics, and has presented on a variety of security topics at industry conferences including BlackHat, RSA, and InfoSec World. David has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
Dawn Bernstein, Chief Financial Officer
In her role as chief financial officer for Identity Finder, Dawn Bernstein manages financial operations with responsibility for accounting, tax, investor relations, and strategic planning. Over the last five years, Dawn has overseen the company's worldwide market expansion. Prior, Dawn worked for American Express and previously Citigroup's Global Corporate and Investment Bank division in New York. She was also a compensation specialist for their Athens, Greece office. Dawn has a masters from Cornell University.
