Today we have a few Custom Locations specified in our policies, and we have the Explorer right click search menu enabled. When a user right click searches a location such as their "home drive" network share, it will search all of the Custom Folders that are specified first before moving on to the right click location.
I'm requesting that a policy option be added that can switch the Custom Locations behavior off when a right click search is performed. Often our users think the right click location is not being searched because they see the other Custom Locations being searched first, and it would be helpful to be able to disable this functionality to cut down on search times when the user wants a very targeted search. Thank you! |
