scan results not process by console

Greetings,

I am having an issue with the Identity Finder console becasue it is not processing the scan results from scheduled scans. I know that the scheduled scans are running becasue I can see the results files that the clients send back to the server sitting in the "C:\Program Files\Identity Finder Console\wwwroot\Services\App_Data” folder.  But the files just sit there without ever being processed. When you look in the console Dashboard under "searches dy date" there is no data to display. But I know the scans are running beacuse users report that it is , plus the files that are in the folder mentioned above. Does anyone know what needs to be done to get the server to process the scan results?

hello did you ever get an answer on this issue.  we are trying to schedule a task that runs a system scan as "system account" and then quarantines or shreds it's findings.  We would also like the scheduled scan to ignore what the end clients have ignored during previous scans.
