Explorer Shred Integration with Recycle Bin

   Add the ability to shred files on the Recycle Bin via the context menu (i.e. Right click recycle bin -> Shred). Current capability allows that option to appear on files not inside the recycle bin.
In order to shred the recycle bin with Identity Finder, you have to go to tools tab -> Other tools -> System Cleanup -> Check the C: recycle bin drive -> Click Shred.
