Policies never applied

I have a client that is showing the yellow dot next to the client in the tree

On the IDFinder Console it is telling me that the policies have never been applied to it. 

However i know this to be false because the client i unable to shred or scrub documents, which is how i have it set up on the console.

To try and remove the yellow dot and make it green 
I tell the console to re-apply the policies to the client i check in about 30 min later and according to the console the policies still haven't been applied.

The Endpoint is in the list of endpoint that are listed under the endpoints in the policy settings

Not really sure what the problem could be but im just trying to get it to show that its all been applied

Thanks for the help.

*Ive tried refreshing the Console page and we just had to restart the server yesterday due to some networking issues
