Only what is currently on the Network

Hey,
Im trying to creat a report that will only show what is currently on the network.
I thought this was done by the Date/Time Filter but when I run the report it is showing a different amount than what is reported on the dashboard when the same filter has been used on it as well

Im also tried it by filtering by search time. However they are still reporting different numbers
