Todd Feinman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Founder
In 2001, Todd co-founded Identity Finder, LLC. Since then he has taken the role of CEO and transformed
Identity Finder into a leader in security and privacy helping consumers prevent identity theft and businesses
prevent data leakage. Todd is an internationally published author and media personality. He wrote Microsoft’s
own reference book on securing Windows and McGraw Hill’s university textbook on managing the risks of
electronic commerce. Over the past fifteen years,
he has appeared on CBS, ABC, FOX, NBC, and has presented at numerous global
conferences on the topics of security and privacy.
Todd spent ten years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he started as an ethical hacker breaking through
the IT security of Fortune 100 companies and later took the role of Director where he led and grew the
integration services group of their security and privacy consulting practice. Todd also worked as a
product manager for Microsoft in their .Net server group.
Todd has a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelors of Science
from Lehigh University.

David Goldman, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer, Founder
David is a co-founder of Identity Finder, LLC with overall responsibility for operations and product management. Leveraging his deep expertise in information security and a decade of client-focused experience as a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers, David also works closely with customers to develop new solutions. He has written numerous white papers and articles and has presented at industry conferences and international symposia. David has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
AG Crum, Executive Vice President of Business Development, Founder
AG leads Identity Finder’s business development efforts, establishing relationships with strategic partners and selling technology concepts to business executives. Throughout his career he has worked with many Fortune 500 organizations to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions. AG holds a Master in Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
Aaron Titus, Chief Privacy Officer and General Counsel
Aaron Titus is the Chief Privacy Officer for Identity Finder, and an attorney specializing in Internet, Technology and Privacy law. Aaron has spent four years as the Privacy Fellow for the Washington DC policy institute Liberty Coalition. There he helped develop Privacy Commons: An emerging framework for creating complete, informative, enforceable, and easy to adopt privacy policies. He also developed NationalIDWatch.org, empowering individuals to recover from identity breach and theft. As an attorney he has consulted organizations on legal requirements, risk identification, risk management, and developing a corporate culture of privacy. Aaron Titus’ work has been covered in countless newspapers and news media outlets, including the Washington Post, New York Times, Forbes, the Wall Street Journal, The Associated Press, ABC, MSNBC, (and NPR’s Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me). In May 2010 he testified before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs. Aaron Titus received his J.D. from the George Washington School of Law, and his undergraduate degree in Architecture from the University of Utah.
Dawn Bernstein, Chief Financial Officer
Dawn currently manages financial operations with responsibility for accounting, tax, investor relations, and strategic planning. Over the last five years, Dawn has overseen the company's worldwide market expansion. Dawn has deep expertise in financial analysis and labor relations and has worked for American Express and Citigroup's Global Corporate and Investment Bank division. Dawn has a Masters degree from Cornell University.
