Secure Personal Information

Identity Finder Secure feature allows users to encrypt the underlying contents of a location and password protect them for safety. Doing so on a file by file basis maximizes your defense against hackers. The Secure feature also plugs into the native encryption capabilities of Office and Adobe files. This way, users can open these files without needing to first access Identity Finder.

For files that do not support their own encryption capabilities, like text files, Identity Finder offers its vault in which all files are secured using a proprietary 256-bit AES encryption. Finally, for users that would rather use their own encryption or a third party encryption application, Identity Finder allows substitutions that leverage external applications to perform the encryption.
